We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen or are considering staying with Aaron Wise. To make your apartment search and living experience as smooth as possible, we’ve put together this comprehensive FAQ page to address your most common questions and concerns.

At Aaron Wise, we understand that finding the perfect place to call home is a significant decision. Whether you’re curious about our check-in process, amenities, pet policy, or just want to know more about our community, you’re in the right place.

Do you have parking available?

Parking can be found on the Fitzhamon Embankment, this is pay and display and costs £12.60 for a full day or you can pay for however many hours are required.
This is free from 18:00-08:00, please make sure to park on the riverside as the other side is for resident permit holders only.

There is also parking available in Sophia Gardens Car Park and in the NCP on Westgate Street. Both are a short walk from us!

You may be able to find some free on-street parking in the area but just be mindful of permit restrictions.

Do you offer a luggage hold service?

You may leave your luggage with us in our office which is located in our sister brand guesthouse, Wisestay, which is located at:
45-47 Fitzhamon Embankment, just a short walk away from any of our apartments.


We charge £5 for luggage hold and can hold luggage between 09:00-17:00 every day.

My apartment pin code isn't working, what should I do?

During our office hours, please call 02920 782 782 and our Guest Relations Team will be more than happy to help. Outside of office hours, please call 02922 402 220 to be connected to our emergency line.

Where do I find my check-in instructions?

We send you all of your check-in information a day prior to your arrival. This will include your apartment number and 4 digit code to access the front door and apartment door.


As soon as your room is ready for you, we’ll also send you a text message on the day of your arrival. Once you receive this you’re free to check in at your convenience.

I'll be arriving late, is this okay?

The property is self check-in, you will receive pin codes to access the front door of the building and your apartment door one day prior to your arrival. You can use this code to check in at your convenience any time after 3pm.



After 5pm we have a team member available for emergencies, they can be contacted through our emergency line for any issues that cannot wait until office hours.

Can I request an early check-in / late check-out?

Our standard check-out time is 11am, however for an additional £20 we offer a late check-out time of 1pm.



We also offer luggage hold for £5, we are able to hold luggage from 09:00-17:00 in our sister brand guesthouse, Wisestay just down the road on Fitzhamon Embankment

What is the latest time I can book for a same day arrival?

You can book with us until 4pm through our website for a same-day arrival. You can also call our office on 02920 782 782 and book directly over the phone during office hours, 9am to 5pm.

Does my apartment have air conditioning?

Our newest apartments, 51 Fitzhamon, are all fitted with air conditioning. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have airconditioning in both the bedrooms and the living space.



We provide fans for the comfort of our guests in all our other properties.

What kitchen facilities will my apartment have?

17, 57 & 51 Fitzhamon (ex studios) – All apartments have fully fitted kitchens, including a full-sized fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and an oven with hobs.



51 Fitzhamon Studios – Mini Kitchen which features cooking hobs, combination microwave, mini fridge, mini dishwasher and a washing machine



62 Plantagenet – Each studio has a microwave and mini fridge, alongside tea and coffee-making facilities. This property has a communal kitchen and outdoor terrace space which can be utilised by any guest staying in the property, The communal kitchen has a full-size fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

What size bed(s) will my apartment have?

Most of our beds are UK king-size, however, there are some units with exceptions. Please see the details of these below:


62 Plantagenet – All units have full UK-size double beds, apart from studio 1 which has a small double.


57 Fitzhamon Apartment 2 (One Bedroom) – Double Bed

57 Fitzhamon Apartment 6 (Two Bedroom) – The second bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed

Do you offer additional pull out beds/cots?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer additional pull-out beds, sofa beds or cots. Guests are welcome to bring a travel cot if required.
