We offer luggage storage for £5 prior to or after your stay, within office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Our office (Wise Stay) is located on 45-47 Fitzhamon Embankment, CF11 6AN. Press the door bell located outside the yellow door and our friendly staff will assist you.

Our newest apartments, 51 Fitzhamon, are all fitted with air conditioning. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have airconditioning in both the bedrooms and the living space. We provide fans for the comfort of our guests in all our other properties.

For your reference, our weekly fire alarm tests take place every Monday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. If you hear the alarm sound for a brief duration, rest assured that it will be promptly silenced by a staff member. No evacuation is required during these routine tests. However, if the alarm persists for more than 30 seconds, please treat it as a genuine emergency. Please make your way out of the building closing all windows and doors behind you and wait across the street closest to the river. If you discover a fire, leave the apartment as directed above and immediately dial 999 for the fire brigade. Management will be notified by the alarm monitoring.

During your stay a full-service clean will be scheduled on the seventh day of your stay. Should you require additional cleaning services, please inform us in advance. Such requests will incur an extra charge of £30.

There are no restrictions on arrival time as the property is self check-in. You will receive pin codes to access the front door of the building and your apartment door one day prior to your arrival. You can use this code to check in at your convenience any time after 3pm. After 5pm we have a team member available for emergencies, they can be contacted through our emergency line for any issues that cannot wait until office hours.

You may leave your luggage with us in our office which is located in our sister brand guesthouse, Wisestay, which is located at: 45-47 Fitzhamon Embankment, just a short walk away from any of our apartments. We charge £5 for luggage hold and can hold luggage between 09:00-17:00 every day.

This property has a communal kitchen and outdoor terrace space which can be utilised by any guest staying in the property, The communal kitchen has a full-size fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Most of our beds are UK king-size, however, there are some units with exceptions.
